Javier has been coaching in the Costa Mesa community for many years and has earned the reputation of developing his players into very well-rounded footballers. Javier learned much about the art of coaching at the world famous Tahuichi Academy in his native Bolivia. This is the same Academy that has produced some of the finest footballers of the world, like Marco Etchevary and Jaime Moreno, both of whom have set many records in the MLS.
